Our History
Tony’s Lifetime Exteriors was purchased in 1973 by Erv Austing and Al Moritz, and was operated as a partnership until its incorporation in 1983. Upon Erv’s sudden death in 1996, Scott Austing became Al’s partner, and CEO of the company. In 2009, Scott completed the buyout of Al and is now the sole owner of Tony’s Lifetime Exteriors, Inc. During the last 36 years, Tony’s has provided quality services and products to the St. Cloud area, as well as other Central Minnesota communities.
Tony’s has grown from a small company doing enough siding jobs to employ one or two crews, to employing more than 20 full-time craftspeople, sales, and office personnel, thus becoming one of the larger exterior remodeling firms in the area. Tony’s continues to satisfy Central Minnesota homeowners and contractors completing projects ranging in size from one combination window to very large commercial exterior applications.
Our product line centers on traditional Steel, Aluminum, and Vinyl Siding, and Vinyl Replacement Windows. Our recent addition of the Brock Vinyl Deck, the "Deck of the Future", has become so popular that Tony’s constructed a new warehouse in early 1998 to be able to stock the Brock components. The new warehouse added more than 5800 square feet of storage to the previous 5000 square feet of storage and office space. This addition allows Tony's to offer a greater color selection of seamless gutters and our newest line of residential roofing.
Tony’s has a successful business track record, with a strong financial history, and enjoys a successful business relationship with the staff at Wells Fargo Bank.
